Joining MOMO Agency is straightforward. Recruitment is open all year, and every complete application is reviewed by our bookers. This guide explains exactly what to send and what happens next.

Who can apply
Korean clients’ current demand is centred on Western models (Europe, North America and South America, including Brazil and Mexico) and East Asian models (Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore), so these are the markets we mainly recruit from. We also welcome new faces: talented models who are just starting out are encouraged to apply, even with little or no experience. We represent women, men, kids (with a parent or guardian) and mature models.
You do not need previous experience in Asia. We look for models who are professional, reliable and comfortable on camera, with a look that fits Korean beauty, fashion, e-commerce or commercial clients.

If you already have a mother agency, tell us. We are happy to work together with your agency.
How we review applications
- Profile review. Our bookers check your polaroids, measurements and portfolio against current client demand.
- Video call. Shortlisted models have a short call so we can get to know you and answer your questions.
- Offer. If we can create work for you, we send an offer with proposed dates and conditions.
We reply to every complete application. Incomplete applications, especially without polaroids, are much harder for us to review.
What the contract covers
Every model receives a written contract in English before any visa application. It sets out the contract period, how you are paid, the agency commission, what MOMO provides and your responsibilities on set. Read more in our guide to contracts, pay and tax in Korea.
After you sign
Once the contract is signed, we prepare your invitation and the Korean-side documents for your C-4 or E-6 visa, and guide you through the embassy application in your country. When you arrive in Seoul, our team helps you settle in and starts sending you to castings.
